Tracy's Famous Turmeric Ginger Shot

STEPS:
BLEND
I use the entire bag of ginger and turmeric. Wash but no need to peel.
STRAIN
Strain until smooth. Takes several times. I change to a small strainer after using this large size a few times.
Throw the pulp out. Strain the fruit separately from the ginger and turmeric.
Once strained, add it to the strained ginger and turmeric.
ACTIVATE TURMERIC
Add 1-2 tsp of black pepper or cajun pepper.
OPTIONAL FOR BRAIN
I also added 3-4” of ginseng.
DOSING
I take one shot size drink in the am and one in the pm.
This makes a large batch. It will last Tommy & I approximately 6-7 days.
WEAR GLOVES! Turmeric is staining!
