Concierge Medicine Tampa Bay
We are all aware of breast cancer and colon cancer. In 2021 breast cancer took the lives of 43,250 individuals in the US. That same year colon cancer killed 52,900 people. Lung cancer? It caused the death of 124,730.
So at Echelon-Health we recognize the importance of screening for lung cancer in our members (smokers and non-smokers alike). Because the traditional "one-size fits all" government endorsed cancer screening protocol clearly is insufficient.
We screen patients with low-dose CT scans of the lungs to see if they have anything abnormal, and if there are issues, we discuss what to do. That's one of the ways Echelon-Health Concierge Medicine does things differently.
